Agbowo Magazine Submissions are Open/ How to Submit (Payment: $25-$60)

Agbowo Magazine is currently calling for entries for their next Issue from female writers of poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and plays, as well as visual artists.

Agbowo is growing to be a foremost African art company providing platforms for African writers and artists that ensure creative Africans can concentrate on creating great art while they get the audience and the value they deserve. The Agbowo Submissions for their digital publication is one of their strategies to give audience to creators.

This issue is the Woman Issue. In the annals of history, the narratives of women have been one of resilience and transformation. Yet, even as we record incremental and significant shifts in how women function within societies, their lived experiences are still largely unexplored, untold, and contested. What does it mean to be a woman in today’s world? How have the definitions and expectations evolved? What does it mean to anthologize the stories that matter to women today?

For this special issue, Kéchi Nne Nomu is their guest editor.
