ALOCASIA Magazine’s All-Indigenous Summer Issue: Call for Submissions Now Open

ALOCASIA Magazine, the vibrant home for queer writing about plants, has announced a special open call for its All-Indigenous Summer Issue. This is a unique opportunity for Indigenous queer writers to share creative works rooted in nature, identity, resistance, and renewal.

Curated by editors Yasmine Bolden, tripp j crouse, and Sarah Clark, this issue will highlight previously unpublished plant-themed writing that connects deeply to Indigenous culture, land, and spirit. With a firm commitment to radical inclusivity and eco-literary experimentation, ALOCASIA Magazine is seeking writing that is as wild, lush, and alive as the plant world it celebrates.
