The submission window for International Human Rights Art Festival Publishes (IHRAF Publishes) remains open and they are accepting poems, short stories, or essays.
About IHRAF Publishes
They publish an ever-expanding collection of original works from lesser-known and up-and-coming writers who seek to bring attention to urgent social justice issues around the world. Their works are based on the values of beauty, sincerity, vulnerability, engagement, and celebration of diversity.
They have also presented work from 50 countries and 30 U.S. States. So, where you come from does not matter.
IHRAF Publishes is also a Pushcart-Prize nominating literary journal.
Guidelines For IHRAF Submission
- Writers should submit their poems, short stories, or essays (2500 words or less) to submit@ihraf.org
All submissions must be accompanied by a 2-5 sentence biography about the writer. - Please note that they will not accept more than one piece of work from one writer per month.
IHRAFÂ Translates
IHRAF Publishes are also accepting poetry translations. The IHRAF translates is a new initiative to expand their reach and understanding around the world. Writers can submit up to five unpublished poetry translations pieces for IHRAF to choose from. The unpublished poetry translation pieces must be submitted along with the original versions and also the bio and picture of both poet and translator.

Deadline
There is no deadline because IHRAF Publishes accepts submissions from writers all year round.
Payment
Writers will be payed $50 per accepted piece.
Please note however, that submissions are limited to one piece per writer every month.
