Cha Flash Fiction Contest

Cha Flash Fiction Contest
Cha has launched its flash fiction contest. The contest is organised by Cha: An Asian Literary Journal. It is for unpublished flash fiction prose in English language.
The theme of the contest is misinterpretation.
 Deadline for submission is 15stJuly, 2012.
Stories must be previously unpublished and must be the exclusive work of the entrant.
Stories must be 250 words or less.
Entry is free.
Writers can submit up to two entries (not more than 250 words each).
Only online submissions are acceptable. Entries should be emailed to t@asiancha.com with the subject line “Flash Fiction Contest”. The work can be sent in the body of the email or as a Word attachment. Please also include a short biography of no more than 30 words.
First prize: £50
 Second prize: £30
Third prize: £20  Prizes are payable through Paypal.
All three winning pieces will receive first publication in a special section in the fifth anniversary issue of Cha.
Contest will be judged by Reid Mitchell  and Tammy Ho
