Origami: Open Year-Round for Self-Publishers

Writers interested in self-publishing can submit to Origami Books at any time. Accepted genres include:

Regium: Traditional Publishing Window (April 1 – June 30)

For writers seeking traditional publishing, the Regium imprint accepts:

  • General fiction
  • Literary fiction
  • Short story collections
  • Creative nonfiction
  • Historical fiction

Submission requirements include:

  • First three chapters or 50 pages
  • A detailed synopsis
  • Formatting in Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 spacing
  • File in PDF or Word format
  • A polite query email with the manuscript title as the subject line
