22 Under 22/ How to Submit (Payment: Contributor’s Copy)

Are you under 22? Flexible Press—publishers of the anthologies such as “Home”, “Lake Street Stories”, “Tables of Block E”—seeks short stories, poetry, essay and memoir for the 22 Under 22 Anthology. With the anthology, they are looking to create a space for young writers to write about their angers, their worries, their delights. The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2020.

Who is Eligible:

  • Writers who are under 22. They especially want to see works from underrepresented voices.
  • There is no submission fee.

How to Submit:

  • Submit a prose piece—either an essay, memoir, or a short story—of up to 5000 words.
  • You can also submit art and graphic stories; though the book will be published in black and white.
  • Or a pack of three poems.
  • Submit here.
  • The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2020.

Payment:

  • A contributor’s copy.
